Introducing Early Registration Programme

Students wishing to enroll in Lead Institute’s CXC/CAPE Associate Degree Programme will, over the next six weeks, have the opportunity to register early and qualify for lower tuition.

All prospective students who register in any of the Institute’s CXC/CAPE Associate Degrees between May 15th and June 30th will be allowed 10% off the regular tuition. That represents a $500.00 saving on what is already the lowest tuition for a fully accredited Associate Degree anywhere in Dominica. Persons registering after the June 30 early registration deadline will have to pay the regular undiscounted tuition.

High school graduates currently writing the CXC CSEC exams will be granted provisional acceptance when they submit a completed application form. They will then be granted full or unconditional acceptance upon presentation of their exam results in July. Mature and non-traditional students who register early will also qualify for tuition savings.

Lead Institute’s Director, David Vital, says there is a definite advantage for the student in registering early. “Our class sizes are very small so we are able to accept only a limited number of students. By registering early then, the student can secure his or her place in an accredited programme that is internationally recognized and avoid the rush that usually happens in August/September”, Vital said.

Vital further noted that in the face of the increasing cost of post–secondary education and financial challenges facing most families, early registration is a great way to save money. “That $500.00 saving on tuition is hard cash that can be spent on books, exam fees or even transportation” he said. Lead Institute is a privately owned educational institution specializing in providing post-secondary education at the CAPE Level. Currently, the Institution offers the CXC/CAPE Associate Degrees in Business, Humanities, Information & Communications Technology, General Studies and Natural Sciences.
